While thinking of this months subject matter is dawned on me that November is Thanksgiving.  So I reached out to some of the smartest, most effective, most dedicated prefessionals I know and asked them to tell us what they're thankful for which is my way of telling them that I'm glad they are in my life, overwhelmed by what they do and unbelievably thankful that I know them.
